When replacing a dead drive inside a RaQ4r should the drive be set as a
slave or master?
Thanks
Mike

Master!!!!!!!!!! Each drive uses a different IDE channel!
JUST make sure:
If the primary failed. (Looking down on it, the LCD is facing you. Move the
secondary drive (right) to the primary spot. Boot it up once, make sure
that it boots just fine. Power it down. Put the new hard drive in the
secondary spot, and boot it again, you should see it rebuilding then.
If is it the secondary that failed, I believe that you just have to replace
it.
These steps I believe where from the Cobalt KB, or engineer, or maybe I just
made them up? :) I don't remember, but I know that if you do it, you will
be fine (I did it for someone that way).
Thanks,
Brian
