First, give us the actual domain!!!!!!!!

Second, in the Raq4 gui
for the site
host name               www
domain name             domain.tld
Web server aliases      domain.tld
Email server aliases    domain.tld

Third,
who provides your dns
do you have a mx record?
where does it point?
based on this, you may need to modify the email server aliases above.
