I find it totally opposite on our servers. With pop b4 SMTP off, everyone
can send. With it on, if they don't check their email first or use "requires
password access" they cannot send at all.
Are those peoples IP's listed in the GUI as being allowed to relay?
Are they listed in access as allowed?
Are they on the same network?
