Yea...that only works if the new site is the only/first site
using that address....
If it's a new virtual site then one needs to try one of the
many "jump the hoop", kick the dog methods that should be in the archives.
The easiest way to do it is to add
ipnumber TAB domain name to the hosts file in \windows
