Ok,
after a few recommendations in this list, I bought a new null modem cable...
I had one, but it gave me crap on my screen (like you're "cat"-ing a binary
file).
So I bought a new one, the package said: AK 7004 L1.8M - KE SER N - ULL
9F>9F
Now, I connect that one to the RAQ, and to the workstation,
and configure SecureCRT to run on port COM1, serial mode.
Other settings:
Baud rate: 38400
Data bits: 8
Parity: None
Stop bits: 1
DTR/DSR: Unchecked
RTS/CTS: Checked
XON/XOFF: Unchecked
I tried setting the COM speed to 9600 in SecurtCRT, or even changing
(windows) it to 38400..
Tried XON/OFF in both..
Nothing...
Any suggestions?
Leslie
