[cobalt-users] Spamassassin for RaQ4 - confused...

I apologize if this has been answered before, I searched list.cobalt.com
many times, but was still left confused and looking for answers, this has to
do with Spamassassin and installation...

I came across a couple methods describing how to install Spamassassin on a
RaQ:

using Steve Bassi's installation notes.  However, I am not sure if these
installation methods include the GUI that can be accessed via the normal
CobaltRaQ GUI.

Is the RaQ/Spamassassin GUI only available when purchasing Spamassassin
pkg's from places like RaqPort.com and solarspeed.net?  If so, is there only
one pkg GUI for sale (is everyone selling the same pkg)?  Or do different
vendors offer different 'flavors' of the Spamassassin/RaQ pkg?  Who created
this package?

If installing Spamassassin via Steve Bassi's method (or from the URL above),
how is the program configured and options changed (this applied if those
methods do not install the RaQ GUI).
