Re: [cobalt-users] How do I install a pkg manualy (I can't search the archive)

Hi Bertrand
Here is what you have to do:

Qube/Qube2/RaQ/RaQ2/RaQ3/RaQ4 :
/usr/local/sbin/cobalt_upgrade filename.pkg

Qube3/RaQ XTR/RaQ 550:
/usr/sausalito/sbin/pkg_prepare.pl -i -f filename.pkg

Dear all,
unfortunatly, when I search in the cobalt-user list archive, I get the right count of answers as well as those link to answer page 1, 2,.... but no message text at all !

My (newbe) question: how do I install a *.pkg from the command line (ssh) on a RaQ550 ?

In the knowledgebase, I found references for the Qube3 telling about 'cobalt_update' but I didn't found that command in the RaQ550 (nor a 'cobalt_install' command).

Many thanks in advance for your tips
Kindest regards
Bertrand
