It's probably because the site generates logfiles each day that are larger than the size permitted for it.
Logfiles are generally allowed to grow to 10% of the size of the site - if you allow 50Mb of data for the whole site, this means only 5Mb of logfile.
cd /etc/logrotate.d
Look at the size of the entry for web.log and increase it.
