Responding to Bruce's stuff above; I couldn't find the original to
respond to...

I've been archiving this list since mid 1999; it's doubtful that much
before that would be of much interest.

If necessary I can probably figure out how to get it all into a mailman
archive, but I believe someone else already has it in mailman archive
format.

I've been ready to host cobalt-users for some time now, but haven't just
started a list because this one still runs fine.

If necessary I can start it up again as a mailman list, with archives,
in a matter of hours.  The only thing I wouldn't have would be the email
addresses.
