I was looking at the cmu program, but is there any way to use it without
telneting into the server?  Since one of our problems is that we cannot
access telnet.

There has not been a good tool for doing the 550
The raq4's IIRC are  covered by something like raqbackup.sh search for
it, I don't have the URL handy. Server config is difficult, we use
rsync, but have not been very successful, (we're working on it)
