Use 'dd'
Put the drives on a Linux PC (ide1).
The good drvie on hdc and the 'new' drive on hdd
hdc bing ide1 master and hdd being ide1 slave
then issue "dd if= /dev/hdc of=/dev/hdd
It will take a while, but should make a complete copy.
