[cobalt-users] Need Help with OpenWebMail - RE: Server Encountered Internal Error or Misconfiguration

I'm having problems with OpenWebMail 1.81 on a Raq4r and have tried
uninstalling it and then reinstalling it  a number of times but seem to
continue to have the same problem of:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.

----------------

I have checked for errors with: "tail -n 25 /var/log/httpd/error" and get
the following results:

Can anyone give me some assistance in resolving this problem??  I'm willing
to pay someone for their time and expertise in getting this resolved.
