Since the original setup of the cobalt, the site administrator
interfaces do not show but for the virtual sites that are on the same
domain as the cobalt appliance.
However under /usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/siteMange/ a directory is
created for every virtual site added.
Should anything be enabled for the interface to be available for all the
domains?
