[cobalt-users] Create Alias on Raq2

i know a lot about apache, and how to use the .conf files.  From what i 
read, any changes i make to that .conf file will be over written next time 
the RAQ restarts.  Where do i make the change to add an Alias (i want to 
add /phpmyadmin) so any domain that types that it will hit the central copy 
of phpmyadmin, and not have the alias overwritten when the server restarts.

I don't want to use a .pkg to install this, mainly because i want the 
latest versions and there isnt' a lot for the raq2 anymore.
