[cobalt-users] Open WebMail Ver. 1.81 Error - Getting Worse

Hoping someone in the forum can shed some light on this problem.  I've
inquired and searched the knowledgebase but haven't had any luck resolving
this problem.


Below is the error message that some users get when attempting to login to
Web mail.  Others are able to login but get the same error when trying to
attach a document to a email in Web mail.

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.

Any assistance or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.  If there is
anyone out there that is knowledgeable about this issue even for a fee I
would be very appreciative of being directed to them.
