The two problem are unrelated. The "Directory index forbidden" message is
caused by Active Monitor (note the timestamp) during its connection
attempt to the admin web server. To stop it from appearing, do
touch /usr/admserv/html/index.html
as root.
Your siteadmin 404 error is indicative of the problem that's been floating
around on the list for months now, where some action in the UI causes all
the site admin pages to get deleted. There is a script you can run to
rebuild them all - check the archives, as I forget the script name off the
top of my head.
