Install shell-tools,
ftp://ftp-eng.cobalt.com/pub/users/jeffb/shell-tools/RaQ550-shell-tools-2.04-0.noarch.rpm

nohup clistvsite | cmodviste --ipaddr x.x.x.x -

You will might have the change the base IP address of the RaQ550 since it isn't
associated with a virtual site. 

Btw, I added better help text to shell-tools (still no man pages) and added the
--dns_auto flag.  Also, made sure that dns_auto is off unless turned on.
