Indeed, I use this quite a bit when someone leaves the company. I add a rejection line to /etc/mail/access which refers to a web page. On that page I give current (to my knowledge) contact information for that address, both their new address (I munge it) and the address of the person now handling their function at our company. Legitimate senders can follow the link and get current information; spammers can ignore one more bounce message. Quite useful.
