[cobalt-users] Disaster Recovery RaQ XTR

The manual refers to "Third Party Disaster Recovery" options which include
Knox, Legato, and Veritas. I have contacted Veritas and Legato and no one
seems to know what is needed for the Cobalt RaQ XTR.
I had a RAID controller fail on my XTR that was less than a year old and
lost all my data. I was told when I purchased our XTR a year ago, that "Web
backup" for each site would work fine. Not true on the XTR, as the Web
backup only backs up the Web site info and not the users and/or data.
Veritas rep. thinks that I will need Netbackup Data Center (cost is about
$5K) and Legato is checking with Senior Engineers for more information. Is
their any other way to backup the XTR in the interim or that won't cost a
fortune?
Thanks in advance,
