Good info below.
I see that my access file has:
66.159.211 RELAY
in which 66.159.211.40 has been the culprit.
I'm assuming that since the RELAY didn't have the 4th set of numbers, that
it was allowing the 66.159.211.40 to relay.
So I just added 66.159.211.[my IP's last set of numbers] RELAY thinking that
this will plug up this hole.
Am I on track with this?

u can do networks and the whole lot.
like:
215.124.22 REJECT
big@xxxxxxxx REJECT
for a list of know spammers have a look at bruces site
blocked.txt
