[cobalt-users] PHP,CGI not able to create directory

Hello all,

This is my first post and I would just like to say..
Hi to everyone..and thanks in advance for your help.
(two of these emails might come, I sent the first one with the wrong email)

We are having a script customized on the server and I got the following
email from the person customizing...

"I have troubles with customization. Nor PHP, nor CGI on your host able to
create directory or write file with YOUR permissions. It will cause serious
issues, because directory created with another UID and you won't be able to
write to it. Could you do something with it? It is web server configuration
question."

I am not sure where to start to look for the problem he is describing.
Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
