[cobalt-users] Strange MySQL defaults

Dear all,
I've a small remaining question about mySQL defaults after having 
reinstalled a cobalt RaQ550 from scratch and after having made all updates.

The next day, we had default users in the mysql.user table that we never 
created, i.e:

| User         | Host       | Password         |
+--------------+------------+------------------+
| root         | 10.0.0.150 |                  |
|              | localhost  |                  |
|              | 10.0.0.150 |                  |
+--------------+------------+------------------+

We never added root on host 10.0.0.150.
Same remark for the two 'blank' user.

We wonder about the meaning of this and specialy without password ???
Could someone explain if this is a 'normal' default setting and, if not, 
do we may remove that stuff without getting in troubles ?
