depends how you installed MySQL. if from pkgmaster then the password is
cobalt-mysql.
you can always skip the root password bit (see www.mysql.com manual).

if it's a RaQ4 go to maintenance -> install software and you should see a
list of installed packages. if you have PHPMyAdmin, you'll see it there.
