Well, the only other things I can think to check are;
Make sure you have an MX record entry in the DNS settings, make sure
accept email for this domain is checked in the GUI under site management
for that domain, and accept email for this user is checked in the user
settings in the stemanagement for this domain. One other check you can
make is to see if there is a file under the mail Que for this user. SSH
into your server, log in as super user, go to the following directory;
(This for RaQ3, your structure may differ)
/home/spool/mail
then look for a filename that is the same as the username. If the file
is not there, then the system has setup an email account for this user,
and you need to start looking there, you could try removing, and
re-creating the user.
If this is all correct, then you can put sendmail into test mode from
the command line and test that user account, sorry I don't remember off
the top of my head how to do this, but it has been descussed in the list
before (which was how I learned to do it). Try searching for sendmail
diagnostic mode, or something similar. Cheers
