I have cleaned up most of the problems with RaQ550 to RaQ550 migrations
in the _experimental_ version 2.51 of CMU. However, it really needs a
real world shakedown run to hash out all the (hopefully) small problems.
Please send bugs to cmubugs@xxxxxxx (I just created it so it might not
work yet)

<plug>Special thanks to the folks at Black Sun (www.blacksun.ca) for
providing me with a RaQ550 to do development on</plug>

Changes:
- Added -D option to cmuExport and cmuImport to export and import DNS
server settings (RaQ550 to RaQ550 DNS migration no done yet, but soon)
- If the md5sums do not match skip the tar archive (duh!)
- Fixes for RaQ550 to RaQ550 conflict resolution
- RaQ550adjust.pl now lower cases all email aliases for users
- Fixes for RaQ550scanin.pl and RaQ550scanout.pl
- Auto dns will now reflect the correct setting instead of being always
on, Auto dns will be turned off if -D is provided
Things to watch out for in RaQ550 to RaQ550 migrations, basically these
are things that cause problems in migration. I haven't had a chance to
test these, basically it is a TODO list:
- User mail spools
- Apop password configuration for users
- Frontpage server extensions for users and sites
- SSL certs not being restored for sites
- Migrated logs directory might break site stats
- Not all mail list functions are restored properly
- User defaults may not be migrated
