We have used plesk for sometime now and it is very nice. The 5.0
Product has come a long way from the early 1.x

QBALT is still being developed and discussed on the Cobalt-Facts list.

The developer has said that he's made quite a bit of progress, he just 
hasn't had time to finish it up.
