While this would appear to work if the ensim server doesn't use maildir
format for storing email, it won't if it does.  I'm not sure about
Ensim; I know that Plesk uses maildir format.

And of course rather than just copying the files, one should shut down
the mailserver, then append the files (echo oldfile >> newfile), then
restart the mailserver, to make sure no mail is lost.
