I have never used anything less than a catalyst 2924 with 11.1 IOS
And not had trouble with them. Also the low end Nortel (used to be
Baynetworks) Baystack 450T-24 is a great switch that I have had little
trouble with can get them for $300 all day on ebay. They are managed
and stackable.

unable
to resolve.
Throughput is very disappointing - duplex issues abound.
