[cobalt-users] WebDAV on a RaQ

Hi all, 

I'm trying to install WebDAV on a RaQ550 and I'm getting this error
message when I restart httpd:

Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/libdav.so into server:
/etc/httpd/modules/libdav.so: undefined symbol: XML_SetElementHandler

I understand that this means that expat is not installed. I've installed
expat according to the instructions at
http://www.webdav.org/mod_dav/install.html#expat, and I'm still getting
the same error message. WebDav's 'make' finds expat:
...
checking for expat... found in /usr/local
...

I've looked through the archives on this list and through the archives
on their mailing list, and have found a lot of people with the same
problem, but no one who knows a solution. I'm really stuck--I've
followed the instructions to the letter and I'm still getting the same
error message.

Does anyone have instructions on how to install WebDAV or how to get
past this error message?
