[cobalt-users] web.cache getting too big

One of the sites on one of our RaQs insists on growing the web.cache and
the web.cache.new files to over the size of the site.
Here's what they look like (I've left out the permissions so you can see
the directory entries without line-wrapping):
1 root site67 5483297 Apr 3 01:14 web.cache
1 root site67 6801749 Apr 4 01:13 web.cache.new
Since the site quota (actually grou group quota for site67) is only 10
megabytes, this results in the site being over quota.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?
Any ideas as to how to fix it?
Thanks.
Jeff
