Install is easy: ./configure; make check; make install

Configure is complicated. AFAIK, there is no default configuration
that will get data about request by specific users or hosts. So you
may have to do lots of custom scripting to get that. Or check on the
mailing list, as I'm sure others have done it before.

There are likely easier-to-use solutions available, but they may be
commercial.
