[cobalt-users] raq3 - system files md5sum?

hi..

Is there anywhere I could get the md5sum of the main system binaries, like 
ls, ps, et cetera? we have a server that might have been compromised. 
Before reinstalling, I made a backup of all this files, and I want to check 
what was modified, maybe to be able to detect a compromised system easily 
next time.

Is something like that available anywhere?
