Looks like a DNS issue. If this is a RaQ4, under Control Panel and
Network are your DNS settings. Whatever your server is using to resolve
these domains doesn't appear to be working. That would prevent email
from being sent. I had that problem when my colo host had DNS problems
and I had to change the setting there to another IP.
