Did you have the PHP patch from pkgmaster installed? The package you
installed updates PHP, which basically removes the pkgmaster version. What I
would do is run the uninstaller for pkgmaster php 4.1.2 (it doesn't remove
the RPM's), then reinstall the pkgmaster package.
This is what I had to do on a test RaQ in order to get the main web server
back up.
