It depends how identical they are. If they're identical, it shouldn't
matter which one you remove. If one is in the "Add custom" section, then
I would guess that's the one to remove.

After you make the changes, you need to run:

makemap hash /etc/virtusertable < /etc/virtusertable
Then if Sendmail is running, I don't think you need to restart it.
