No problem. It cropped up suddenly, and I figured I might as well
share my experience... and I'd really like to get a "solid" procedure
documented (and eventually scripted) to make the renumbering process
a lot smoother/easier.

I mentioned this as the IP-based rewrite rule will immediately start
redirecting to the new IP address. Not many people access via IP,
but...

Yes, which is why I left the UI IP renumbering step until after
propogation has been confirmed...
