I'll go off of what your subject line is asking for and assume in the text
above you meant "chkrootkit" and not "chroot" ;)

chkrootkit is available from http://www.chkrootkit.org and it's latest
release is 0.39a (01/31/03)

Simple download, untar, compile, run. =)
