Probably!, 120GB is the largest I have used.

There was some discussion about this on the list.
I think it was 20W spinup on the 5V supply, which is about 50%
of the 5V supplies capacity.
You might get by if you only have one drive.
I ran 2 60Gb for a few months on a RaQ4r, but the power supply gave up!
