[cobalt-users] [RaQ4] Changing Admin access from Port 81 to Port 443

Hello List..

Our upstream provider blocked all traffic to port 81 for some reasons.
The only secure port available now is 443, so I will have to change
my apache to that.

I changed the httpd.conf enteries from 81 to 443 and restarted
httpd but then the admin access were very slow that I had to
close the browser.

Is there any other files I need to change?
