I don't do any filtering based on content, (except by adding spammers
domains to access when they spam me), because I don't want to be blamed
when a virus gets through. As far as legit mail, it may get blocked, but
there's always a bounce message with contact info. So far only one
contact and the customer agreed the ISP should be blocked after seeing
the evidence of spam and complaints ignored.

I thought the post that detailed editing sendmail.cf had the necessary
info.
