IP89 is the local IP- The server IP, so I think that should be ok.

check the customer ip89.216.127.49.myi:www --web site to see if there's any
porn or if it's hack or if your server is hack? Is the server up-to-date
w/all the patches, etc.?
did you installed the latest sendmail patch to prevent the exploit of root
access via bad header?
