I have my Mojo Mail set up with an owner of "Mojo", running as user
"Mojo".
Detailed information on permissions is definitely included in the docs,
but here are mine:
drwxr-xr-x 10 mojo console 1024 Jan 13 01:09 MOJO
-rwxr-xr-x 1 mojo console 2304 Jan 13 01:07 README.txt
drwxr-xr-x 2 mojo console 1024 Jan 13 01:09 extensions
drwxr-xr-x 9 mojo console 1024 Jan 13 01:09 extras
-rwxrwxr-x 1 mojo console 234347 Mar 14 11:25 mojo.cgi
drwxr-xr-x 2 mojo console 1024 Jan 13 01:09 plugins
Are you using a database or a flat file for storing addresses?
