There's one more fairly new DNSBL folks might want to take a look at:
SORBS
http://www.dnsbl.sorbs.net/FAQ.html
I've seen a few cases of spam getting through other lists and checking
the IP at http://openrbl.org/ I have found a few occassions where SORBS
is the only DNSBL listing that IP. Sendmail info at
http://www.dnsbl.sorbs.net/using.html
