What are your logs saying? I am seeing the same thing with my RAQ4 all of
the sudden..
This is the only thing that looks suspicious:
/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is
readable

Well, obviously changing the switch port didn't do the trick. The server
still went into a state in which it wouldn't accept any new connections. I
was still able to use the existing SSH connection and open connections to
other servers from there. If anybody has any other advise I'd really
appreciate it...
