Hello
I have two Cobalt RaQ 4, and i recently move one domain from one to
other, the IP for that domain is register on the first server and i have
configured the domain in the other one too. I am receiving this error
from the maillog :
Mar 18 09:34:28 ns sendmail[5569]: h2I8YHL05548: h2I8YSL05569: DSN:
Local configuration error
Mar 18 10:25:32 ns sendmail[7814]: h2I9P2L07790: SYSERR(root):
aao.s.domain.org. config error: mail loops back to me (MX problem?)
Mar 18 10:25:32 ns sendmail[7814]: h2I9P2L07790: to=<user@xxxxx>,
ctladdr=<user@xxxxxxxxxx > (226/100), delay=00:00:30, xdelay=00:00:00,
mailer=esmtp, pri=158732, relay=aao.s.domain.org. [209.15.54.114],
dsn=5.3.5, stat=Local configuration error
The domain that is in that error is not covered on my machine but it
replay to me,
What could be the error?.
If i have one domain and i have defined it on both machines it could be
the problem? Do i have only one MX defined on one machine?.
The dsn settings are this:
SERVER 1 WITH THE IP1 Where the IP of the domain is:
domain.org resolves to IP SERVER2
www.domain.org resolves to IP SERVER2
IP SERVER2 /24 resolves to domain.org
domain.org mail is sent to the High priority mail server www.domain.org
www.domain.org mail is sent to the High priority mail server www.domain.org
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SERVER 2 WITH IP2 Where we have move the domain.org:
domain.org resolves to IP SERVER 2
www.domain.org resolves to IP SERVER 2
IP SERVER2 /24 resolves to domain.org
domain.org mail is sent to the High priority mail server www.domain.org
www.domain.org mail is sent to the High priority mail server
www.domain.org
Thank you.
