With a half-class C they may be willing to delegate reverse DNS to you. 
If they do, you'll need to create one (and only one) reverse entry for
each IP#.

The RaQ actually sets up the email as example@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, and
redelivers mail addressed to example@xxxxxxxxxxx to
example@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  And yes, RFCs tell us to have an MX record for
each domain for which we accept mail.  So if we're accepting mail
addressed to www.example.com, we should have an MX record for it.
