For one thing none of your IP seem to have "reverse" DNS.
mail.arthur-lerner.com relates to 208.144.236.201, but
208.144.236.201 does not... (and neither does 208.144.236.130).
I just sent a test email to the address in your message
(elmert@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) and it was at least delivered to IP
208.144.236.201. Be interested to see if you actually get it.
