Try http://store.raqware.com or https://store.raqware.com.  Gerald has
been plugging it hard enough today (Sorry Gerald :-) )  To be fair he
has indicated problems with this site, so give him some time to fix it.

As to your hardware redundancy...  If it is like the Raq4R, then this
only works if you have rebuilt the system from the correct OSRCD that
supports RAID and the disks are effectively identical.  How identical I
am not sure, certainly logically if not physically.
