They're attempting to force you to have off-site secondary DNS.
You can either do so (many on this list, including us, offer
DNS service) or ask your provider for more space.
Note that if you use another provider for secondary DNS, I
recommend using one that offers virtual nameservers. It's better
to have nameservers end in the same TLD (I suspect .de in your
case) as the domain in question... your DNS will be a bit faster
that way.
