[cobalt-users] RAQ2 Majordomo (again)

I've been looking like crazy in the archives - but so far no joy.  Any help
is appreciated:

Majordomo doesn't seem to be working on my Raq2.  No matter what you send to
one of the lists, it simply goes into never-never land.   Checking the
admin's mail gets the following - what troubles me is the "World writable
directory" business.  Is that the magical key?
